The cut-off date for the guestroom block at the Novotel Madrid Center has been extended until 15th March 2023. The hotel is almost full due to another major conference coincident with the ICPC Plenary. Therefore, if you want to stay at the Plenary venue (Novotel Madrid Center), we strongly recommend that you book your room now and certainly before 6th March. We are advised that the hotel has other people waitlisted, so all released rooms will be sold immediately.
Please note, it is very important to consider that bookings will have to be pre-paid, will be non-refundable and dates will not be able to be modified.
The ICPC delegate rate, available until 15th March 2023 and inclusive of Internet access, is as follows: Standard Room with queen size bed or Standard Room with double bed: Euros 175 per night including breakfast.
