The cut-off date for the guestroom block at the Novotel Madrid Center is 6th March 2023 and the hotel has advised that this cannot be extended. The hotel is almost full due to another major conference coincident with the ICPC Plenary. Therefore, if you want to stay at the Plenary venue (Novotel Madrid Center), we strongly recommend that you book your room now and certainly before 6th March. We are advised that the hotel has other people waitlisted, so all released rooms will be sold immediately.

The ICPC delegate rate, available until 6th March 2023 and inclusive of Internet access, is as follows: Standard Room with queen size bed or Standard Room with double bed: Euros 175 per night including breakfast.
