United States NOAA National Data Buoy Centre: The NOAA Marine Environmental Buoy Database (NODC File 291) holds wind, wave,and other marine data collected by the NOAA National Data Buoy Centre moored buoys and from C-MAN (Coastal-Marine Automated Network).

National Data Buoy Centre's (NDBC) Home Page Welcome to the World Wide Web (WWW) server of the National Data Buoy Centre (NDBC). NDBC is the premier source of buoy-measured environmental data operated by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). NDBC serves as the focal point for data buoy and associated automated meteorological monitoring system technology for the United States. NDBC provides meteorological and oceanographic data to forecasters, researchers, and other users in the United States and around the world.
